Please feel free to use anything in the cupboards like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, rice, pasta etc rather than bringing or buying unnecessarily. Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.

Delightful one bedroom cottage set in owners large private garden. Located on the picturesque scenic route between Lisnarick and Kesh, less than 500 meters from Lough Erne. Access to our privately owned marina and slipway across the road from the cottage can be organised by prior arrangement for those wishing to bring their boat or fish from the jetties.
