Tre stanze da letto finemente arredate con mobili d'epoca, biancheria da letto pregiata, ognuna con bagno privato dotato di doppi servizi igienici e doccia. Un bagno nella zona giorno. Cucina completamente arredata. A disposizione piccoli elettrodomestici, divano letto, Tv sat., WI FI, Air condition, lavatrice.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
