Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

It needs upgrade, kitchen utensils were not enough and also majority of the plates are either worn out or chipped. When spoke to the property management they were understanding and had promised to fix

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

Wow this place was absolutely amazing the pool and the hot tub were definitely the highlight of the stay but the house was also very homey and clean and it’s was a fun time

Great stay. My party of 7 found all the listed amenities available. The pool was closed, but they mention so on the listing. The hot tub was fine, but suffered from heating issues during the stay. We took to preheating the water by leaving it on for an hour or so before actually getting in, as otherwise it would hover a little below room temperature. There are so very many games there, nearly all of which come equipped with the necessary pieces to immediately play. They were very quick to respond as well. The trash cans were left half full from the previous guests, who had left the day before. This didnt allow us to fully empty our trash cans, but that was the only thing left noticeably unfinished. Also, although the downstairs master is beautiful, it does suffer from low wifi quality as well as jacuzzi heating issues. Finally, the internet isn't the best but is definitely doable. Only one reported outage, which happened for about an hour around 3 am one day so not too bad. 5/5

Can’t say enough good things about anne last minute booking and they went above and beyond for us and the home is beautiful highly recommended will definitely be back

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for my family to all spend time together or to hang off by themselves if they wanted. Owners were very successful in preparing the property to make you feel right at home. The layout was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. You had a real mountain feel with anything you may need a quick drive away. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We have family in the area and plan to stay again in the future. Thank you for having us!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay while we were in town for my daughters musical performance at WCU. Greta's house was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and is very close to the university. This is a great house!

Great area and perfect if you want too be out of the town area

The house was perfect for us and our friends with their kids. We both took our pup and they had a great time in the backyard. Everything was as described and a quick drive from everything!

Tonya’s place had everything we could have needed. The bed was comfy, the layout spacious —we felt right at home. The backyard was very peaceful and beautiful as well. I would definitely book again.

We stayed at Navi and had a blast! The food trucks across the street were perfect when we didn’t want to cook. Being by the brewery and park was an added bonus that we had not anticipated. The place was great for the three of us. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. The host was very communicative, the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here in the future if we are ever in the area again.

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. Great stay! Only negative thing to say is that the cell service is spotty due to seclusive area

My family and I loved this home at Lake Glenville! It had everything we needed. The views were incredible, and we really enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, riding the pedal boat, building campfires, and relaxing in the hot tub. We booked a boat tour with Lake Glenville Scenic Waterfall Cruises with Captain Mark. We saw a bald Eagle and the baby’s nest. We would gladly stay here again and hope to come in the fall sometime to see the foliage. I didn’t want to leave. Happ’s Place restaurant was great, and we enjoyed the shops in Cashiers and downtown Highlands, as well as hiking to a few waterfalls.

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.

Beautiful, prettier than the pictures as all the Rhododendron were blooming ! Such magic being in nature. The deck is exquisite and felt like being in a treehouse. The beds were comfy, and the sheets were soft nice and clean everywhere. I would definitely stay again.
