Enjoy 3 large waterfront patios (>2k Sq ft), cooking in the large outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating for large groups. Relax around the large fit pit with patio lights at night. In the Spring and summer, swim off the dock, enjoy free use of 3 Kayaks & 1 paddleboard. Very large parking area.

Lakefront Cabin/ Back Porch

Our home is located directly on Douglas lake. It's located about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Upstairs- One full bathroom, one room has two beds, loft area- tv, fireplace, bed & pool table. Downstairs-a master bedroom & bathroom. The back porch is enclosed with a 6 person hot tub. WiFi. We only supply one round of kitchen and bath supplies. NO WATER IN LAKE EXCEPT MAIN CHANNEL AFTER LABOR DAY/REFILLS MID-APRIL. YOU MUST TAKE TRASH OFF OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED-1 bag allowed for Sunday checkout.

Close to Pt Marina & Dandridge. Easy access to Knoxville, Sevierville, PF, Gatlinburg and Asheville. The home features 3 Q beds, twin, & 2 sofa beds. Enjoy the fire pit, and arcade, after a day at the lake. Fishing poles, SUP, 2 kayaks, & life jackets are provided. No water at the dock Labor Day - May.

Totally remodeled home with gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets along with lake access. The home is nestled in a family oriented campground with wildlife close by. *Note* typically between September and March the lake levels are down.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline.
