Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Ob als Unterkunft für einen Berlin-Trip oder für Konzert- oder Sportveranstaltungen hat man von hier den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Lediglich 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt es, um zur Waldbühne oder dem Olympiastadion zu kommen. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Messe Berlin ist zudem nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
