Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Spacious Secluded Villa in Tranquil and peaceful Location in the Istrian land offers comfort and relax. Perfect for getaway and on Easy Reach to all Point of Interests. In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Ravni is a small resort near the sea. Apartment is in the family house Bellevue , about 500 m to the sea. Tranquility and peaceful atmosphere specially off the high season, will provide with nice and restful stay. There are a couple of restaurants ,and a dog beach for your pet to enjoy with you, also a small shop. For all other shopping or visiting cultural sights , Labin about 12 km away. For those who like walking , you will enjoy it. Sea is very clear, lovely blue colour.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
