The flat is modern and very clean. It is ideally situated for exploring central Sofia as it is only a few minutes walk from Serdica metro station and the Cathedral.There was two of us and we stayed for 5 days.The flat was ideal for our purposes. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable.They made access easy and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants.We really enjoyed our time in the flat and Sofia and would like to thank our hosts. We would have no hesitation in recommending this airbnb.

Daniel's place met all my needs for shopping, shipping and e en stationary. Kitchen well well appointed and I was able to cook everything in house. Would have stayed entire year if I could.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is cozy, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace offers stunning views of the mountains and the city — perfect for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The location is peaceful, with a shopping mall nearby, and it’s easy to get around: just 15 minutes by taxi to the city center (around €5) and also 15 minutes to the airport (around €10). The underground parking was a huge plus too. But the best part of the stay was the hostess Desislava — she’s incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She made sure it was easy to find the place and gave great tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to enjoy Sofia like a local. Her care and attention really made my trip special. I truly loved everything about this stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia!

We had a great stay. The hosts are very friendly (though our Bulgarian language skills are not great) and helpful people. The home had everything we needed and it was a short trip (7 minutes) to the hot pools in Sapareva Banya and 30 minutes to Borovets for skiing. Great stay!

I stayed in this charming little apartment for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient just near the boulevard, easy to find, and very walkable. The space may be small, but it’s incredibly well-utilized. You can tell the owner is an architect every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the design made it feel cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. One small tip: a full-length mirror would be a great addition. Also, once the building construction is finished, the backyard will be a lovely bonus to enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. 5/5!

Logement propre, très bien placé et fonctionnel. Idéal avec la place de parking. Tres bon accuei et disponible Je recommande fortement pour visiter Sofia.
