Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

Andrea was a friendly and gracious host, helping us with inquiries about parking, checking in, and other questions. The location is stellar, a 2 minute walk from Main Street and close to the amazing shops and restaurants. It was cool and quiet, and the studio had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Highly recommended.

The location could not be much better. It was within walking distance of downtown but close to the hiking trails too. The lower level space was surprisingly well lit by natural light when I wanted it but easy to darken when I needed to rest. It had one of the more comfortable beds I've slept on while away from home.

Maddy was really welcoming, kind, and responsive. The location is excellent for any activity in Beacon or the surrounding areas. There was tons of space and it had the feeling of being very private. I would absolutely stay again!

Valerie is so kind and responsive! Always provided helpful info and wanted to genuinely ensure that I was comfortable and felt at home. The Airbnb unit is super tidy and immaculately clean, and cozy and comfortable. Also, amazing shower ! And very comfy mattress. Was a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Anjelica and John's place exceeded all expectations! The location was absolutely ideal for visiting our son at Marist College - just minutes away from campus while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days of activities. The unit itself was charming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the record player and impressive vinyl collection—what a delightful way to unwind in the evenings! Anjelica and John were exceptional hosts, providing wonderful local recommendations that helped us discover hidden gems in the Hudson Valley we would have otherwise missed. Their restaurant suggestions were spot-on! We've found our perfect home-away-from-home in Poughkeepsie and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s during a weekend ski trip! The home was exactly as described and we did not run into any major issues. The only thing I’d note is for a group of 8, we did not have enough toiletries (i.e., shampoo, body wash) or household supplies (i.e., paper towels) near the end. Aside from this minor concern, we had a wonderful stay; Daniele was extremely responsive and accommodating with our requests. Thank you so much!

Robins place was lovely. Totally spotless and well appointed. There was everything you needed for a great stay and then some. It’s beautifully situated right on the river but it is down a dirt road so be prepared for a short but possibly bumpy ride. We had a minor issue figuring out the thermostats but Robin got back to us immediately and we got it straightened out. She left plenty of firewood for us so we had a cozy fire going on thanksgiving. We hope to return when it’s warm do we can enjoy the property and the river. A great stay and a super host

Really nice place on a quiet street within walking distance of Main Street with its many shops and cafes. Short drive to the Dia Beacon Art Museum. Comfortable beds. Clean and updated.

Piersaull House far exceeded our expectations. I almost don’t want to write a positive review so I can hog this gem. It is a sweet old house oozing charm and warmth. As soon as you walk in it feels welcoming and cozy but far from cramped. The living room is thoughtfully decorated with comfy seating that allows for a lot of room to move. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need even a washer and dryer so you do not have to go home with more laundry to do! The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space was a sweet touch. One of my favorite things about the area is the smell of sweet grass on a warm night. At this tiny home you can sit out back and breathe in the sweet air and look at the stars (which always seem so much brighter up there). I stayed with my young son who also thought the house was amazing. He asked that I add his review. He said “It was great, I want to go back tomorrow.” And while we won’t be back tomorrow, we will absolutely be back again.

Amy and Lloyd’s house provided a convenient, clean, and comfortable home base to visit local colleges and to explore the Hudson River Valley. The beds were super comfortable. The large screen TV was a fun extra perk. Amy and Lloyd were easy to communicate with and were excellent hosts!

Caroline was a great host, super responsive. It was snowing a lot during our stay and she let us park one of our cars in the garage. A fuse also went out when we were using a hair dryer and she was able to immediately send someone to the house to fix it right away. The house was beautiful and we would stay here again, already making potential plans for the summer. We’ve already recommended it to other friends! We had a great time cooking, using the hot tub, lounging around and exploring Rhinebeck which is not far from the house. Not far from Hudson either! Perfect location.
