This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Es war alles wie beschrieben, die Lage und die Landschaft waren wundervoll. Es hat sich auf jeden Fall für das Geld gelohnt. Es hätte noch einen Tick sauberer sein können (Bettwäsche bzw. Bett) aber im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub

We hebben enorm genoten van deze mooi ingerichte woning. Het uitzicht vanuit de achtertuin naar de akker is werkelijk fenomenaal en de omgeving is super rustig. Wel goed om te realiseren dat de ruimte tot de buren aan beide kanten niet al te groot is. Alles bij elkaar was het een heel fijn verblijf en een aanbeveling wat ons betreft.

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

het huisje is top! Veel faciliteiten voor kinderen, de tuin is schitterend. alles was top, we hebben in april veel buiten gezeten! Alles is aanwezig!

Our stay at Nicolette’s holiday cottage exceeded our expectations! Nicolette and Remco welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. We really appreciated how accessible and approachable they were, and their recommendations were very helpful! The cottage was quiet and cozy, and had everything we needed. Being along the bike trail and the river gave us so many opportunities for fun adventures! We look forward to coming back!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad in dit knusse huisje in Apeldoorn! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons direct thuis. Het huisje was brandschoon en gezellig en knus ingericht. Ook de buitenruimte was een groot pluspunt. Het terras was sfeervol aangekleed met genoeg zit hoekjes, gezellige lichtjes en een heerlijk warme jacuzzi die al klaarstond bij aankomst. Wat een luxe om daar na een dagje fietsen in de Veluwe te kunnen ontspannen! Ook stond er een knus tuinhuisje met een heater, waar je nog lekker kon zitten. Een fijne plek om even tot rust te komen. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We ontvingen een duidelijke brochure over het huisje waar alle informatie in staat, inclusief wat tips om te doen in de omgeving. Na een berichtje te hebben gestuurd over welke restaurants hij zou aan raden gelijk antwoord gekregen en hebben we één van zijn aanbevelingen opgevolgd en het was inderdaad lekker eten daar (op nog geen 5 min lopen) Top verblijf!!

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Man hat sich somit gleich wohlgefühlt. Victor und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gibt unweit vieles schönes zu erkunden, wie z. B. den Ortskern von Edam oder die Promenade von Volendam. Nach Amsterdam unbedingt mit dem Bus fahren. Super einfach und man ist ganz schnell im Stadtzentrum.

A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

Wij als vrienden van de dochter van Brigitte en Rob, vonden het heel leuk om bij hen te mogen verblijven. Het was heerlijk en een mooie omgeving. Het Apartement was super! Een dagje genoten bij het zwembad en goed afgesloten met een gezellige bbq aan het water! Brigitte & Rob zijn super vriendelijk en gezellige behulpzame mensen om bij te verblijven. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Zoek je een fijne accommodatie waar je in een weekend tijd het gevoel hebt dat je minstens een week bent weggeweest? Dan heb je die hier gevonden :) Alles bij elkaar zorgt voor een fantastische ervaring. Vooral de bescheiden gastvrijheid van Wim, Renée en Teske voelt oprecht en warm en maakt voor ons dat dit één van de beste Airbnbervaringen is tot nu toe (en we hebben er al behoorlijk wat).

Mariettas Haus liegt in dem schönen Städtchen Muiderberg, von wo aus wir drei Tage lang völlig unkompliziert nach Amsterdam gependelt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ist umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen alleinstehenden Villen. Die Wohnung eingerichtet, es gab kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke wie Pralinen, Käse und Wein. Vielen Dank hierfür. Nach Besichtigungstagen in der Stadt haben wir die Abends in Muiderberg am Strand ausklingen lassen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war super, sehr modern und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool war Klasse!

Easy to find. Parking on site. Riekie was really helpful. The accommodation is quite basic but ample for my son and I. Beautiful setting and area great for nature lovers and dog walking.

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and they made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything provided that we could need to cater for ourselves. Bathroom was well stocked and the shower was hot with good pressure. Nice private garden with fire pit was great for toasting marshmallows. Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful, extremely green (it feels like you are in the woods) but close to plenty of amenities. Has a very family friendly vibe. Short walk to the shops/supermarket etc. and even closer to the woods/lakes etc. Lots of good outdoor routes to explore. Adva was great with some walking recommendations. 20-30 mins drive to Utrecht and Amsterdam so easy to dip in for a restaurant etc. although there are some good local restaurants which Adva can also fill you in on. Adva in general was a brilliant host, responsive, helpful and thoughtful. Kid loved it, dog loved it, adults loved it, would highly recommend!

Een bijzonder ruime houten woning, sfeervol ingericht. De omgeving is fantastisch, al wonen wij er niet zo ver vandaan. Wij waren verrast door de vele recreatie mogelijkheden en de eindeloze wandelpaden die we tegen kwamen. Hele leuke tijd gehad, bedankt!

Fantastische week gehad.

Ons verblijf bij Carolien en Leo was fantastisch! Heerlijk in de natuur, ons eigen knusse plekje. De tiny house heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. We konden gebruik maken van de sauna - die zij voor ons klaarmaakten - en gaven ons de perfecte tips voor ons korte verblijf. De omgeving is prachtig, je kan lekker wandelen en restaurants zijn in de omringende dorpen/steden ook goed te bereiken. 's Ochtends werden we wakker met de vogelgeluiden en 's nachts kregen we een prachtige sterrenhemel cadeau. Ontzettend gastvrije hosts, we sluiten een tweede bezoek zeker niet uit!

We hebben een heerlijk lang weekend gehad in het Vechthuisje. Het huisje is comfortabel, gezellig huiselijk en we waren weg van de effectieve, goeddoordachte minimalistische inrichting. Het uitzicht op de Vecht is onbetaalbaar, en de keuken, de beide zithoeken en het terras bieden genoeg mogelijkheid om op allerlei manieren lekker te genieten. Verder is de omgeving ontzettend mooi en rustig - met veel mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes in de buurt. We komen er graag nog eens terug + van harte aanbevolen!

Wat een fijn verblijf! De accommodatie van Elise en Romée is sfeervol, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. We voelden ons direct welkom en komen graag nog eens terug!

Heerlijke huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn dat basis dingen als zout, peper, olie, genoeg toiletpapier en genoeg handdoeken ook aanwezig was. Is zeker ook wel eens anders! Verder was alles schoon en was de communicatie prettig. Aanrader!
