Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

A quiet, ground floor studio flat, fully self-contained, affording high levels of privacy & comfort, with freedom to come & go via your own front door at anytime day or night. Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

The Croft

Set in a rural location - perfect for country walks - between Shere, Peaslake and Gomshall in the Surrey Hills, is our newly appointed spacious cabin, in our 2 acre pretty garden. The Croft is a double sized cabin, offering space and tranquility. The area is also fast becoming the South East's mecca for cycling. Peaslake caters for all cyclist's needs. One well behaved dog is most welcome, though must be kept on a lead. The cabin will only sleep 2 adults, and so sorry no babies or children.

Please read. A comfortable, clean uncluttered standard double bed annexe with en-suite, kitchenette and sitting room looking out onto the garden in a residential road, for 'single occupancy' only. NB. the annexe is not a 'day/holiday sanctuary' as life continues around it during the busy working day within a residential road. Most suitable for those working (regular hours) in the area as guest will be required to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.00 or thereabouts.

Mare's Nest

Restful one bedroom retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills ANOB. Renovated to the highest standard. Easy access for walkers and cyclists or those just wanting to get away from it all. With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. A multitude of pubs are within a medium walk or short drive. Mare's Nest would be ideal for walkers, cyclists or friends wanting to explore the beautiful Surrey Hills.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Private, newly renovated, one bed garden apartment

Relax and enjoy your own bright and airy space in a quiet residential area, close to the Downs and just a 20min walk from Guildford High Street. The french doors from the living room open onto a private decking with outdoor dining. There's a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table, a shower room and bedroom. A perfect base to explore the Surrey Hills or RHS Wisley and only 40min drive to Heathrow or Gatwick. Fast Wifi & driveway parking. EV charge available on request at cost.

The Turret, a charming and quirky 2 bed cottage

The Turret is a quirky and unique place to stay. The open plan ground floor has beautiful arched windows, a traditional handmade kitchen with modern appliances, dining table, a large leather sofa and an LED ‘smart’ TV. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over and quality fittings. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The master is double height and has a standard 4ft 6 wide double bed. The second bedroom has a small (4ft) double bed with a further single fold out chair bed/ mattress.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Home away from Home in the Surrey Hills

Beautiful peaceful 1 bedroom annexe in the Surrey Hills, with a private entrance and patio area. Ideal destination for cyclists, the perfect launch pad for hikers or for those seeking inspiration, solace and escapism. Option of 1:1 Pilates, Barre or TRX sessions available in our studio for a modest extra charge. Quaint country pubs on your doorstep and hundreds of stunning walking and biking trails to enjoy at your leisure! Use of large garden shared with a friendly cat.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The Pumlay, charming barn in the Surrey Hills.

Enjoy a stay in a beautiful barn, in the heart of the Surrey Hills which this year celebrates its 65th anniversary of being designated "An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty". The fabulous Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place (where the TV series “Ghosts” is filmed) is a 3 minute drive away. The spectacular RHS Wisley gardens are 10 minutes away.
