La parterul cladirii se afla supermarketul "La Doi Pasi".

Casa Ortviken oferă spre închiriere camere duble, suite si apartamente. Locația este noua, situată in Eforie Sud, in cartierul nou intr-o zona linistita. In apropierea locatiei se afla un magazin alimentar si 3 parcuri pt copii recent amenajate. Accesul la sauna, salina si sala de sport este gratuit. Toate camerele sunt prevăzute cu terasa, baie proprie, tv smart si wi-fi. In curtea proprietații exista spații amenajate pt gratar si petrecerea timpului in aer liber.

Room 3 is small and intimate, has a size of 3x3 and a private bathroom 3x1.60 meters, is on the ground floor, does not have a window to the garden, is preferred as it is the most secluded and cool! It is completely renovated, the bathrooms are new! It has parquet! The room glass is large but it is dark because of the top terrace! It is extremely cool in summer and warm in the winter! You can order lunch or dinner! the price is 40 lei per person!
