Tucked behind the edge of town, with a house on either side, meadow for the front view and woods behind, gives the feel of country but walking distance to shopping and food. There is plenty to do around here and we are more than happy to give tips on how to get the most from your stay. No tv provided.

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

We are located right in the center of all the things you come to Lancaster County to see. Close to it all yet back in the woods for some peace and quiet when you’re done for the day.
