"The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. Based in West Sussex we are a fantastic base for exploring the South Downs, Surrey Hills or just a ramble to one of our village pubs!
