Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. Its a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow all within 60 minute drive. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

Shiel House, Rumbling Bridge

Set in 3 acres of gardens and with beautiful views of the valley, Shiel House is the perfect retreat. This bespoke house was built by our family to provide an escape from the city and it has been furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. It would suit solo adventurers, couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Only an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and St Andrews, it is also the ideal base for golfers, walkers and visitors to Scotland.

Settle into Mar House for a perfect get away, we are located around a 10-15 minute walk from St. Andrews town centre and a 2 minute walk to the East Sands beach which boasts the "Cheesy Toast shack" ( locally renowned, and perfect after a stroll along the beach). Of course for the golfing groups, this is perfectly situated for access to all local courses and a great space to unwind and catch up on each others score cards! The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
