We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Hat's Hut is a unique wooden hut set in a beautiful location on a working farm and looks out onto a paddock with horses and other wildlife, it has a 4ft5 by 5ft8 bed with a wall at each end. Blacksmiths cottage set on a peaceful farm

Blacksmiths cottage is a three bedroom converted barn set in a courtyard of converted stone cottages. The farm is very peaceful and is in the middle of the Buckinghamshire countryside. Close proximity to HS2 & Silverstone circuit. The wifi is good throughout and there are two en-suite bathrooms as well as a main bathroom. Blacksmith's has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area ideal for family evenings. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages.

The loft is situated above our family farmhouse in Tingewick, with views across our garden and farm. It is a spacious modern apartment, equipped with all the essentials for either a relaxing stay, a bolt hole for exploring the countryside or a place to stay for work. We are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

Lovingly renovated, Little Beech is a detached property, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

Welcome to The Stables at Hopcrafts Farm. This self-contained accommodation comprises of a kingsize bed with an en-suite shower room. Fabulous views of the countryside and a decking area where you can sit and enjoy the setting sun in a tranquil environment. Hopcrafts Farm is a working farm. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
