The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. It’s 2021, 30’ camper with a slide out and full hook ups. You have a flat lawn area in the sun and shade trees all to yourself with a fire pit and outdoor seating area to enjoy. We’re located only 5 min. from the Asheville airport, and right in the middle between Asheville and Hendersonville, taking 20 min. to get to either downtown. You can enjoy many of the nearby forests: Bent Creek and Mills River are 15 min. away, Pisgah and DuPont are 30 min. away. It’s such a fun experience!
