This place was such a quaint and cozy find! It had everything we needed and felt fully equipped for a comfortable stay. DD was incredibly accommodating—I reached out before arrival to ask if there was an umbrella due to the weather forecast, and she made sure one was available. She also responded immediately when I had trouble figuring out the shower, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, there was a sweet personal note along with some snacks—and she had even acknowledged the purpose of my stay in the note, which made it all feel that much more special. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. A funny surprise (and maybe a little TMI)—the toilet is a bidet, which I’d never used before. Just a heads-up: don’t stand in front of it if you’re not familiar with how it works! Although the rainy weather kept us from using the hot tub, it was awesome knowing it was there. And a small but magical moment—I spotted a mama and baby cardinal, something I’d never seen in person before.

The view was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable. Could have used a couple of extra large skillets in the kitchen. Other than that the house was beautiful and perfect! Would most definitely stay here again and recommend!

Josh had a great place good neighborhood close to town I recommend anyone going to ft smith Arkansas to give josh a call home is immaculate it sure beats a hotel anytime we be using him again on our next visit this air bnb has not let me down it ranks up there with best of them thanks josh

This place was great to stay at and pet friendly. The home didn’t smell like pets which was a big plus. We would stay here again if we come back to Fort Smith.

Diana & Team were great host and impressively responsive to questions. We felt safe and the other tenants/guest were extremely quite and friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants that were in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is a joy to stay in! It is completely set up for a short or extended stay, the kitchen, bath, laundry and other rooms have all the essentials, plus games and puzzles for rainy days! Rosebud is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you could possibly want. The back yard is very large, safe and fully-fenced. The driveway is excellent and can fit several cars with ease. Check-in was smooth and we loved the rosebud theming throughout the home. Overall we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and can certainly recommend this home and host highly!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was spotless, making it easy to settle in right away. Finding the place was a breeze, and the check-in process couldn’t have been simpler. The highlight was definitely the king-size bed—so comfortable that I had some of the best sleep in a long time! Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

The apartment was perfect and very cozy! We lost an earbud in the apartment and did not realize it was missing until after checkout. The team was amazing in finding it and getting back to us. The apartment is in a great location in Fort Smith and I would definitely stay here again!
