Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Unweit des bekannten und wunderschönen Augartens, bietet unsere Wohnung Platz für insgesamt 4 Personen. Die Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist exzellent. Mit den zwei U-Bahnlinien U4 & U6, die du in ca. 8 Minuten Gehweg erreichst, sowie der Sraßenbahnlinie 5 direkt vor der Tür, ist das Apartment der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für deinen Städtetrip.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
