Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine große Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll-lässig. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

Our one bedroom apartment is ideal for 2 guests. The terrace is overlooking the top of the mountain of the « massif de l’Estérel «. And you will love how light and cosy it feels. It is located between the city centres of Fréjus and St Raphael, on the 2nd floor of a peaceful and secure residence, with lift access and a private parking space in the garage. Close to the sea, the pretty historic center of Fréjus and walking distance to a lovely artisan bakery, a pharmacy and two supermarkets.
