Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Private room.double bed with a comfortable mattress. Access to a shower in a newly renovated bathroom Extra towels/ bedding provided if requested. The house is situated 30 to 60 mins from central London depending on where you want to go/what station you use. Theres a 3 min bus ride to Elm Park tube or 10 min bus ride to Romford/Elizabeth line. both take you to central london.Elizabeth line takes you to Liverpool Street in 24 mins. Fabulous room for friendly people

I and my husband - only who live in flat. We do not have pets. Room is private ( small,but comfy), so you'll have a good rest. Flat positioned on high road,but your room is off the street,so it is quiet. Our neighbors is very polite and friendly. If you'll have any questions or need some advice- we are always happy to help. We do not have free parking around. If you are smokers- do not worry as we are smokers :) to. We do all for your feel homely and enjoyed London like we are. See your soon.

Small double room in quiet East London House

Small but cosy double room with TV, shared access to kitchen, bathroom and free WiFi. This room would suit one or two people who want to visit London on a budget. The Elizabeth Line station, Goodmayes is a short walk away which means you can access the centre of London within thirty minutes. Aldi supermarket is one minute away as well as many places to eat in neighbourhood. There is a very nice park with a river across the road. I have recently been adopted by a kitten who stays downstairs.

A modern flat. Quiet and secure with a very relaxed atmosphere. The perfect place if you just want to get your head down. Unable to accommodate anyone who wants to stay home all day (it’s a small place) and please note too, there’s no use of the kitchen (hence the low price). I do however supply tea, coffee and tasty treats.

One or two people can stay, the bed is a large single 4ft. The bedroom is airy, clean and tidy. An ideal place to stay and near Chadwell Heath Train Station which is on the Elizabeth line with easy access to Central London (25 minutes by train). If two people are staying the second person is an additional £4.00 a night.
