Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Great fishing and other water activities. Very close to Woodlake Country Club, voted the best golf course in E. Tn. Close to historic sites, hiking trails and some of the most beautiful scenery in the US!

Our beautiful home is located on Cherokee Lake in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Sleeps 4-5. This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The home features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, a grill, and a heck of a view. :)
