Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

The “Connection Cottage" is set in the hills of Morristown, TN. Located in our home's walk-out basement w/ it's own private entrance. Our beautifully furnished non-smoking living space complete w/ luxurious amenities such as a hot tub, plush king bed, fireplace, home baked goods, gourmet coffee bar, air hockey table, arcade machine, movie room, patio w/ fire pit, & yard games. Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars and overlooking the Clinch River. You will be in awe by the breathtaking view of the mountains. Awaken in the early morning clouds of the mountains. Just a little over an hour away from the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. ** I am trying to stay open during the winter months for the first time. The weather over 32 degrees. I will need 24 to 48 hours notice to get things ready**

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Come to relax and enjoy what the Tennessee Cherokee Lake area has to offer.

Our campground also has The Shipyard Bar and Grill with amazing food! It also has live music, movies on the water and many other fun activities to make your trip one to remember!

Stylish Lake House [Bluegill cabin]

Our beautiful home is located on Cherokee Lake in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Sleeps 4-5. This unit is one of three different homes that sit together on a quiet 1-acre lot with boat dock shared by all three units (all are Airbnb rentals). The home features a kitchenette with hot plate, tons of decking, a grill, and a heck of a view. :)
