Great place nested on a quiet neighborhood right in front of the Golf course to a lake view. Place offered by Casandra promises everything listed, however she missed great moments you can make at her place. Cassandra offers great communication as well, we inquired Cassandra about something she solved immediately. Thanks for having us.

Super clean, everything is brand new, well appointed kitchen. Great location for exploring all that Northern AZ has to offer. The canyon is only about an hour away but don’t miss all the other great things to see! Host is super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of 10 (5 adults and 5 kids) had a great time here! It’s a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. The 3 master suites with bathrooms gave all the adults privacy and the upper floor was a great play space for the kids. The house was easy to find and the gated community felt safe to let the kids play in the snow. Kudos to the hosts for well stocking the kitchen with all the pots, pans, utensils and appliances needed. This was so helpful to cook. The hosts were incredibly responsive to our needs, addressing concerns immediately. Thank you! My family and I would stay here again.

For anyone wanting to stay in Flagstaff, Paul’s place is perfect. With designated parking its short distance from the center (which also gives you a little space), the experience was easy and anxiety-free. The house was clean, spacious, and felt like home, and Paul was very friendly and available.

We stayed for a long weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday with a bunch of friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very homey, and lots of fun! There was more than enough space to accommodate 16 people & 2 dogs. Sheryl was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend booking a stay here. Our friend group has already planned to return and we may make this our yearly meet up. Thank you so much Sheryl for being a great host! ♥️

What a fun time for our family of 6 in Flagstaff/GC/Sedona! The location was easy to get to all the sights in the area. The house is immaculate and felt like a 5star resort. Especially when you consider the amenities within the community. Our kids especially loved the sport courts and the game room at the clubhouse. The kitchen was fully equipped even meeting the standards of my wife who is a true foodie and loves to cook. We were able to prepare great meals for our large family. The house was so comfortable from the plush couches to soft bedding. We had all the comforts of our own home. The multi-level house was really neat but the multiple staircases can be slippery when wearing socks. So it would be a good idea to bring grippy socks or slippers. We would most definitely stay there again. It was really great!

This house was amazing and very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location for either going to downtown Flagstaff or jumping on the highways for Grand Canyon or exploring Route 66. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Our only complaint was that the bath towels were all still damp from being washed when we arrived.

My family and I loved our stay here! Very convenient location with beautiful surroundings. It was literally perfectly clean, the back porch was a joy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, my three kids loved the bunk bed, we enjoyed the wood stove, and Brittney was an excellent host. Just an FYI for families with younger kiddos; there is no tub in the bathroom, just a stand up shower. It worked out for us because my toddler was big enough to try a shower. There's also no washing machine, so we packed extra clothes for the kids and it wasn't a problem at all. So come prepared, but overall we absolutely recommend!

Stayed at Mason’s house for our kids spring break visiting the Grand Canyon. We had a great time and the house was just as described. It’s decorated with lots of fun art and the house is so cute! We enjoyed the hot tub and our service dog loved running around the large back yard. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay and we will be back. The location is ideal - there is a lot to do within walking distance. The house comfortably slept 12 adults. It has a good amount of bathrooms and space. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall a great place to stay.

Trevor’s place is perfect he’s a very helpful host he made adjustments to my stay quickly. The house had plenty of parking for our work trucks. Safe area lots to do and great places to eat. You will enjoy Trevor’s place.

The place is quiet, felt safe, and close to downtown. We had a great and comfortable stay. The carpet could use some deep cleaning.

Martin and Kerstin’s mountain hut is an absolute dream nestled in the forest—perfect for stargazing, forest bathing, and soaking in nature’s beauty. Our weekend hikes in Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Antelope Canyon were unforgettable, especially with the unexpected heavy snow in April, which made everything feel even more magical. Words can’t express how much we enjoyed our one-month stay. Truly a surreal and special experience!

Kate was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. The spot was very organized and clean when we entered, lots of space and room for guests. The master bedroom was beautiful and huge! I would 10/10 recommend this spot.

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

Cozy small house with everything you need. Walking distance to downtown Williams with lots of shops and restaurants. Close to fantastic sight seeing, Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, ...

This was a beautiful, modern house. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a nice big garage where we parked our large SUV (the reason we booked). It was well set up for our family with small kids (not a lot of breakable stuff around). Nice and safe looking neighborhood. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Williams. We would stay again!

Shannon's place is a fun and quirky older home in a great neighborhood in Flagstaff. We attended a concert at Pepsi Amphitheatre and had no problem getting a Lyft to and from the venue (only a 10 minute drive away). Comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and decor that will keep you entertained for hours just looking at it all! We will look to stay at Shannon's place again when we return to Flagstaff!

Stephany's home was comfortable and had more than enough room for our group trip! The location was close to downtown and several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The hot tub was nice after our hikes each day! We enjoyed our time here!
