The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English and Bosnian.

El parque está a pocos metros, y el casco antiguo, el Schlossberg y la Universidad de Graz se alcanzan en minutos a pie. Cuenta con una cama box spring, un sofá cama para 2 personas, una cocina totalmente equipada, una acogedora sala de estar con Smart TV y un balcón con vistas al tranquilo patio interior. ¡Perfecto para su estancia!

Fußläufig ist die Stadthalle (Messe) und der Jakominiplatz (zentraler Öffi-Knoten) in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt bei der Wohnung ist zudem eine Straßenbahnstation, die direkt zum Hauptplatz und weiter zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
