A beautiful and peaceful place to stay, located near lots of great hiking spots. The mountain view and running stream provided a peaceful atmosphere. The short drive to two towns where there is dining, coffee and groceries, made our stay more flexible and pleasant. The hot tub and starry views were amazing.

What a cool property! The house was cozy and clean, but that's only the beginning. My kids played in the giant field, explored the woods, cold-plunged in the creek, relaxed in the hot tub, made s'mores in the fire pit, and played lots of ping pong! This isn't just a house; it's more like a camp! It was more charming and memorable than we ever expected. We had everything we needed and wished we could have stayed longer! The driveway and parking area were adequate and navigable, even with my 15-passenger van. The surrounding area is beautiful! During our 3-day stay, we hiked 6 waterfalls and did Sliding Rock, all within a 30-minute drive. So glad we didn't miss the experience of staying at this unique and lovely property. We'll be back!

Thank you for letting us stay. it was wonderful being able to have our two dogs with us. Bed was comfortable and and there was ample room for our two 18 year olds. The hot tub was clean and warm! Used it every day. Only thing I would not, and this doesn't take away from the review or rating, is the pond wasn't quite the view we thought it would be and there were more lizards than fish. nothing the host can control. Just something to note depending on the expectations of the guest and what they are looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Great stay at Connestee falls. Loved the views of the lake from the house and the great hiking trails nearby. Lake is stocked with fish and the kids had a lot of luck fishing. Hot tub has a great lake view for enjoying at night

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect set up for our family of 5. The house is charming and updated with nice decor. Very clean and comfortable! We loved how private the property is. Very nice hot tub and fire put area!! Hosts extremely responsive, arrived almost immediately with a space heater when we reported difficulty with one unit. We found lots of fun things to do and see in surrounding towns! Perfect family getaway!

Holly's house was great for our trip. She puts a lot of thought into making sure you have everything you could possibly need for your stay. House was immaculate. The communication was great.

Wonderful cabin nestled in the woods. You feel secluded but aren’t far away from Hendersonville or local things to do. The cabin was great—clean, had everything we needed, and the extra touches that make it feel like home. My dog loved the huge property and I loved that it was fenced in and safe so he could run around off leash. Brian and Michele were lovely and made check in and check out easy (no crazy list of things to do when checking out like a lot of airbnbs!). Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in the area!

April’s place was the perfect getaway! She truly thought of everything—you could tell a lot of care went into making the space feel like a home away from home. From the cozy setup to the well-stocked amenities, we had everything we needed and more. One of the highlights for us was the fully fenced yard, which gave our dog the freedom to roll around and enjoy the stay just as much as we did. April even included thoughtful, dog-friendly touches that made traveling with our pup easy and stress-free. If you get the chance to book her place, do it—you won’t be disappointed!

Melanie's cottage is wonderful! She was very accommodating and responsive as well. We really felt right at home - the cottage is so comfortable with everything you need, and the grounds absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, this is it! The tranquility of the creek both day and night, the nature, birds and fishing is fantastic. Twin falls is just a skip from the property plus Lake Jacossee is not a far drive. I can't imagine anyone not loving the cottage and surrounding area, we definitely plan on coming back!

Truly a great experience! Deb and Tony are the ultimate hosts. We added family members and a pet to our original reservations due to coordinating schedules for family members. They responded promptly to our requests and our trip was a huge success! I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting the Travelers Rest/Greenville area. The vineyard and grounds were peaceful for walking. Wine tasting was a plus!!! Thank you Deb and Tony

This was my second time staying at this home and it was Perfect Again. Jessica is a Great Host, her place is a Fantastic Getaway from the Hustle and Bustle of everyday life. I will continue to stay here, when available, as I visit the area.

This is the second trip we have made to this location over the last couple years. The location right on Lake Bowen and the large screened porch make for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation! Very well maintained and owner is super helpful with instructions and helpful tips.

Dan's place is beautifully decorated and ingenious in maximizing space. It feels cozy and sophisticated at once. Anything you might need is available and easy to find. Very helpful notebook with lots of information about things to do and places to eat. We really loved our stay ar this welcoming retreat. And the screened-in porch is delightful!

Great house for fishing. Close to the bait shop and numerous boat docks. nice dock at the house to tie up your boat and fish also.

Just was the perfect hostess! She was friendly, answered all my questions quickly and made our arrival seamless. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were immediately comfortable and we were able to settle in quickly. Both the house and surroundings were impeccable and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved this place. A little on the pricier side but so worth it. We loved talking around the fire place and how close it was to the Clemson night scene. Host was kind and responsive. Would def visit again.

This is my third time staying here. It’s always wonderful! Close to TIEC and super convenient when we are showing. Looking forward to future stays.

This was my second visit to Marthas and once again it did not disappoint. This time we decided to book specifically for a father son fishing trip. We had a blast caught plenty bass blue gill and some catfish. I normally never catch any bass but they were pumping on my hook all weekend. Martha is always helpful very responsive and so polite she always leaves a little snack in kitchen when you enter. The furniture is cozy and very comfortable the setting is relaxing and beautiful view. The neighbors are polite great restaurants nearby and easy to drive to with many grocery stores close by the locals are so friendly and welcoming.

This was our 4th stay @ Frogbottom & it continues to be our favorite lodging option in Brevard. Excellent location (easy walking to Main Street + the lumberyard district) & such a lovely place (backyard is amazing, extremely comfortable bed + sheets, super nice kitchen + comfortable living room). Highly recommend!!
