We had an absolutely amazing stay at this gorgeous villa! The view was breathtaking, and it felt like a home that has been truly cared for and loved by the owners. Rosella was a wonderful host, so kind and responsive. She even left us olive oil from her farm and other thoughtful treats. The villa was private, peaceful, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. It’s also in a great central location for day trips to explore the area. Truly a gem, we loved every moment and didn’t want to leave! We hope to return in the future.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Che dire....ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Host davvero cordiali e simpatici, capaci di farti sentire parte della famiglia. Location rilassante ed immersa nella completa tranquillità nonostante sia a soli 5 minuti dal "caos" del paese. Umbertide poi è in una posizione abbastanza strategica per riuscire a raggiungere facilmente posti bellissimi come Gubbio, Spello, Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia e molto altro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto, molto buono....il ristorante della location poi è davvero qualcosa di speciale, materia prima di qualità e sapori unici. Abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero bellissima....complimenti davvero a Stefania e Michele, continuate così 😊💪🏼

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso nella casa di Sergio a San Feliciano. La vista sul Lago Trasimeno è davvero mozzafiato, un panorama incantevole di cui non ci si stanca mai. La casa è ottima, curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Sergio è stato un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante con una vista spettacolare sul lago.

Stefania was a wonderful host. Her home is beautifully renovated and decorated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and she even left us items to make breakfast. I highly recommend taking Stefania's cooking class if you have time. It was an unforgettable experience and the best meal of our trip!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per una settimana. Ci è piaciuta la tranquillità del posto e la vista sulle colline Umbre. La casa era pulitissima e accogliente, il letto comodo e in camera c'è un grande armadio molto utile. La cucina funzionale e così anche il bagno. Noi siamo arrivati in auto, necessaria per potersi muovere, e c'è un parcheggio coperto nella proprietà. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare l'Umbria e rilassarsi in un posto immerso nel verde.

Bell'appartamento ampio e ben pulito con facile accesso e posto auto all'interno della proprietà. Ben attrezzato ed host molto gentile e premuroso che abita al piano di sopra, quindi per qualsiasi cosa è disponibile ad aiutarti. Zona residenziale e tranquilla. Consigliato.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Capodanno in questo splendido appartamento in montagna! La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dallo Zeta Chalet. La casa è grande, accogliente e sempre ben riscaldata, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, e gli interni rinnovati di recente danno un tocco moderno e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo apprezzato ogni dettaglio. Esperienza da ripetere: torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Daniele per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è immersa in un contesto splendido, un po’ fuori dal centro di Perugia, raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi ma più comodamente in pochi minuti di auto, visti i numerosi saliscendi della città. La casetta è indipendente, essenziale ma dotata di tutto. Daniele e i cohost sono stati gentili e disponibili. Struttura super dogfriendly, cosa da noi molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo!

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

Come già anticipato da altre recensioni, la casa è davvero magnifica e ben curata. Dalla camera da letto al bagno, fino alla sala da pranzo, tutto è dotato di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo potuto godere della splendida vista delle montagne semplicemente aprendo la finestra della cucina ed evitando l'afa estiva di casa nostra. Inoltre, tutto intorno è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate immersi nella natura, nel silenzio e al fresco. È importante notare che per raggiungere la casa è indispensabile avere un’auto. Per quanto riguarda la ricezione del telefono consiglio di posizionare il telefono nella zona della finestra della cucina o sopra il frigorifero. La nostra permanenza è stata segnata da qualche disavventura, ma Laurence e Leonardo sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Non posso che consigliare vivamente Casanelli! Grazie mille ragazzi per la splendida ospitalità!

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine. Alex et Prya sont hypers réactifs et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Hôte et logement hautement recommandables. Que du positif. Pour les propriétaires d’un véhicule électrique, le logement dispose d’une borne domestique Tesla. Recharge de 7km par heure environ. Umbertide dispose de chargeurs rapides en face du supermarché COOP.

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Appartamento spazioso e comodo curato nei dettagli, fornito di tutto il necessario. Spazi ben organizzati e luminosi con giardino delizioso! La posizione è ideale per rilassarsi, immersa nel verde ma al contempo strategica per raggiungere le attrazioni nelle vicinanze. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Molto consigliato!!

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice
