Absolutely loved this location. It felt like we were at a spa retreat with the fountain, outdoor shower, and hot tub. David’s guide is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb. Lots of great recommendations and instructions for the house. We felt right at home and the surrounding neighbors that we saw were very friendly. 10/10!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the lodge for our one year wedding anniversary. It is located on the same property as their vineyard which makes for a beautiful, serene view and setup. During our stay, we did a very personal wine tasting with David in the main house. It truly is a cool experience and unlike any other wine tasting I have done before, not to mention the wine was very good! The lodge itself is cozy and relaxing with a private back patio looking into the trees and nature. I wasn’t so sure about the outdoor shower at first but it was actually really nice! Water warmed up really fast and the view is amazing. The bed is located upstairs which was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of pillows and blankets. If you have trouble with mobility, the stairs leading to the bedroom are not easy to navigate and there are more stairs from the parking lot to the lodge with some uneven ground at times. If you are fine with stairs and some walking, it is well worth it!

The first thing you notice is the waves from all directions. You immediately feel at peace. All the amenities were easy to locate and good quality, including great pots and pans, knives dishes and gadgets for cooking. There were extra linens and towels, it was comfy upstairs and down. It was well laid out and you look out at Point Reyes and Tomales Bay while lying in bed upstairs. The stairs were quite steep but there was a nice bedroom downstairs as well. I enjoyed the heated ceramic floor in the downstairs bathroom and there was good water pressure. We loved the wide wraparound deck and dock, as well as outdoor tables and a garden. The beds and sofas were all very good quality and comfortable and it was nice to have the fireplace. The dog had room to sniff and roam safely at will as the decks and garden were well enclosed. Hog Island is one minute away, Tony’s five minutes away for the chowder, and truly awesome pizza at Route One on the way to the dog beach at Dillon. Thanks!

a peaceful, scenic spot! fantastically well equipped and provisioned, we had a wonderful time! lynn and john are gracious and helpful hosts and it is clear that they have put alot of effort into making a guest house that anyone should be able to appreciate and enjoy!

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

The Barn was one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for a place to stay while wanting to see the Redwoods or just to get away this is the place to stay. There’s plenty of things to do with a couple little towns being roughly 20 minutes away. We looked through Emily’s guide book for things to do and it was perfect. Emily was also very sweet and was always available to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I’ve done A LOT of traveling and have stayed in many Airbnbs, but Mama K’s is by far my most favorite! The house is lovely and has more than the amenities anyone would need and, I’ve never stayed in a more CLEAN Airbnb before— all the tiny details have not been overlooked! This was my second time enjoying the space & I did not want to leave. It’s one of the most beautiful, spotless (and I am very detail oriented!) and peaceful places I’ve spent time. The grounds are absolutely beyond beautiful— from the lush yard to the incredible access to the Russian River out the back door to the outdoor shower and private clawfoot tub, the hot tub on the deck to the whimsical gardens, use of river toys (canoes & kayaks) and more! I had tears in my eyes when it was time to leave! I cannot say enough about this truly one of a kind and magical place. Thank you Karen for the opportunity to enjoy a true slice of heaven!

Collin's place was so lovely and peaceful! We had a great time and really enjoyed having the creek right outside the bedroom. Collin was kind enough to give us some recommendations for places to eat that we really enjoyed!

Comfortable cute little cottage with a big private fenced yard, exactly as described and peaceful and relaxing beyond the description. All equipments worked perfect and amenities are of good quality. Our dog loved to explore the closed patio while we had a quiet and peaceful dinner watching over him sniffing around. Tom was very professional and friendly. His communication was exactly what we wanted-we felt comfortable that we can communicate him if we needed any help. Super lovely cottage as a whole and we love to come back here again.

Our stay was perfect in every way. The space is gorgeous and peaceful, tucked among the trees. I was obsessed with the outdoor cast iron tub (hot water under a canopy of trees, what could be better?). Canela, the sweet sweet canine hostess checked on us every few hours, and was a complete delight. We took the recommendation to check out the grove of old trees, and it was sacred and divine. I left feeling so meditative, at peace, and recharged for a difficult transition coming up in life. Thank you thank you thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy spot! It looked just like the photos, and the description was very accurate. While it's not a new or modern house, it has a warm, older charm that felt both comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you’d expect in a home, which made cooking easy and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by how much open living space there was—more than we expected from the photos. Even though it's close to neighbors, the area feels surprisingly secluded and private—perfect for a relaxing weekend. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub at night and listening to records from the huge and awesome collection, while enjoying the warmth of the wood stove. Adam was very helpful and responsive, always ready to answer our questions and offer local tips. This place was perfect for my boyfriend and me—it made for a memorable weekend getaway

The cottage was very peaceful and quiet. The location was great, very close to Freestone and Occidental, and only about fifteen minutes to the beach. There is a lot of seating area outside, and a little fenced-in spot surrounded by trees. It was great to bring our dog to the beach!

What a lovely little spot to enjoy some nature and the beautiful Sonoma Valley! Chad's place was nestled among the trees and while cozy, it had everything we needed -- updated kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, and the most gorgeous enclosed deck. While the position of the cabin on a somewhat steep hill made it hard for our pup to enjoy the yard, the deck was fully secure and she enjoyed sitting outside with us, basking in the serenity.

We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub was private and they turned it on without us asking. They also had the heat turned on in the unit before we arrived. Nice place. Not fully updated but cute. Beautiful property and surroundings with the grapevines. Very peaceful. They allowed us to charge our EV which was great. 10AM checkout is a bit early. No checkout time should be before 11AM. The owners house is right next door but it didn’t feel like they were in your face and we never saw them really. Management company always responded but to be fair it’s less direct than talking to the owner who knows all the answers.

We had a lovely stay! We forgot our portacrib/pack and play, but they had one we could use! Very cute row of cottages, and all the guests were quiet. Cute gardens in front, comfy chairs were nice.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful location, amazing home, wonderful experience for our family! This home was so well decorated and charming and provided a great experience for our vacation. The location was equally stunning. Such a peaceful place for us to relax.

This place was the perfect hub for our girls weekend. All the wineries we chose were about a 10-15 minute drive and downtown Sonoma was even closer. Spacious backyard and we loved the hot tub. The space fit the seven of us better than we thought. I can’t imagine finding better value in the area.

Great place to stay with restaurants, shops, hiking - all within a short distance! Hot tub at the end of day, overlooking the bay - was just, chefs kiss!! Host was very quick to communicate, even when I asked for last minute extension (thankfully, it was available). Everything was very clean and cute - very much enjoyed my stay and would return.
