We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at the Pacifica Beach House! It’s so well stocked with games and everything is beautifully clean. The views are incredible and it was so fun to just relax as a family and play cards and cook dinner and go for walks. We’d come back anytime!

The place was amazing and far exceeded my expectations the moment I stepped inside. Everything was high-tech, modern, and felt brand new. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't use the fire area due to the rain, but overall, I had a great experience. My only comment is that there were quite a few security cameras, including in the backyard. I see the pros and cons about it, but I felt a bit excessive.

Such a beautiful peaceful stay for our time exploring Monterey and Big Sur! We loved being able to walk right down to the beach! Perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! It was peaceful, clean, and incredibly serene—just what our family needed. The surroundings were stunning and made it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together. Stefan, was a fantastic communicator, always responsive and helpful. We truly felt at home. We’re already talking about coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful, comfortable getaway! We didn’t have cell reception, but the WiFi was very good! We didn’t quite know how to use the stove but figured it out once we watched a short video online, be warned the stove heats up fast ha. The layout of the house is super ideal as all the bedrooms are downstairs. 10/10!

This place was AMAZING. I didn't want to go anywhere because the views and setting were so beautiful. I just loved walking up and down the beach path and sitting on the deck enjoying observing the surfers. We saw dolphins one day. Both of the living areas (dining room and living room) were positioned so you could enjoy the natural beauty. People were so friendly and the neighborhood was chill- not always what you find in popular destinations. The kitchen is well stocked and the cook enjoys some great views too. We cooked some of the time and ordered in the rest- because who would want to go to a restaurant when you could have a view like this? The home itself is old and has some wear that is expected with a beach front home. The woodwork throughout the home is beautiful and adds a nostalgic feeling. This really is a special place. For us, it was a splurge- but well worth it. I dream about returning. Thank you!

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

The location was perfect, less than a block to the beach, with a walkable or bikeable pathway extending in both directions. The house was comfortable, with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. There is construction currently along the beach pathway which unfortunately blocks the view a bit, but hopefully that will be done soon. It didn’t take away from being so close to the beauty, sounds and breeze of the Pacific. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. I loved hearing the waves at night. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again. The property is beautiful and close to restaurants, shops, and great walking trails.

Monika's place was indeed a home away from home. The location was great, and the place was extremely clean. She also did as good a job as any host that I've dealt with in providing detailed instructions regarding the facility, as well as all kinds of info about local points of interest and available services. Indeed top notch. My family and I were visiting San Francisco, and Monika's place afforded us a very convenient and more reasonably priced option to downtown. No question that we would look to stay there again when we get back to the area.

We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes for 37 years. Our family loves it. This house needs some attending to. In one of the downstairs showers, the soap dish on the wall was broken. You need to be VERY VERY careful. My nephew cut his thumb and needed to get stitches. I was told I could check in before the rain started, but the office hadn't unlocked the house on their end. I had to drive back to the check in office and ended up getting wet while unpacking the car. Not the end of the world, but a little irritating. It took quite awhile to figure out the space heaters, some did not work. Kitchen pots and pans need updating - bring your own!! We had a great time and lots of great memories continue for our family.

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Our family had a great time staying here! The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and stocked with all the supplies we needed! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean with plenty of space, the kitchen was great and we appreciated the coffee bar and pans for cooking. The living room is a fun place to chill and the condo is super close to the pool and tennis courts and the beach! Vincent was friendly and easy to communicate with and check in and check out was very easy. Hoping to stay again in the future!

Great location, great stay. Beautiful and comfortable space. Worked well for our family of 4. The third bedroom felt a little far away to have our littlest stay in alone but thankfully the second bedroom had a large bed for both kids. Wagon and chairs provided were great for the beach.

Sarah's place was such a vibe! Could see the ocean's view in the backyard, and very near to the beach if you want to take a stroll. Also well located with Safeway just 5 mins away. About 30 mins to SF, and 20 mins to Half Moon Bay. Quiet neighborhood which was great for us.

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

When we arrived the maid was parked in the driveway and still cleaning the house. She came running out when i said "whos cars this?" Because depending on how you park, the driveway will fit 2 small cars. This house is beautiful. I don't want to leave. there's a view from both sides of the house & up stairs. it right across the street from twin lakes beach. the windows set up is very updated. the skylight actually open and the have shutters that open & closes by pushing a button. Also I love the fact that there's tvs in every room. The only things I would add is more body mirrors and bigger pots and pans. Other than those 2 things the place is perfect. oh & maybe a bathtub. But the showers are beautiful too. The hotub is in a location where you can see the ocean ,but the street can't see you. I highly recommend this House. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

This was the perfect house for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The living room on the top floor had amazing views of the ocean. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Our new Santa Cruz favorite airbnb! Comfortable, great location near the boardwalk, but not too close....just perfect, quiet, tons of space, so much thought put into the furnishings, well stocked kitchen - had everything we needed. An added plus, is the accommodation for little young ones- our daughter and her grandchild came over for dinner and the highchair was perfect. The only criticism I can think of, is it would be nice to have operable windows in the living room to have some fresh air- but that's it. All in all, this is a wonderful home away from home.

La maison de Steve est magnifique avec un emplacement parfait pour aller surfer à vélo à pleasure point. Tout est fait pour profiter. Les enfants ont pu profiter de jeux mis à disposition. Un petit paradis pour profiter en famille et surfer!
