I and my son feel very happy and comfortable living there, although the elevator doesn't work, it seems always under fixing. After all, the location is so convenient to everywhere, for example, SOM, Peabody Museum, and Hillhouse Ave. Almost all Yale shuttle lines stopped there. It is a happy time to eat while watching TV news in the living room. The scenery from top of the building is beautiful. We saw the sunrise and snowy town. That is amazing! The neighbors are very friendly. Guest in No. 34 helped us on carrying the luggages. He has a dog with three legs. What a nice and kind young man! In the basement, there is a gym and guests-room with sofas. G cafe closes after 5pm. My friends and I had a talk there which is nice. The Nica's is nearby as well which is very convenient. With Grocery line, we shop at Trade Joe's on weekend to save money. There is a big refrigerator to save food for one week. The door has an electronic lock which is very smart and easy to use. Good to stay!

Great listing, great host. Street below is pretty loud at night even with the windows closed.

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

This is a perfect efficiency apartment for a quick stay in New Haven! I wish we could have stayed longer, walking distance to almost anything you need!

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at this location. The place is clean and comfortable, and in a great East Rock location. Look forward to another stay.

The apartment was very cozy and had everything you could need. We will definitely be returning here on future trips. Can't wait to return during warmer weather so we can enjoy all the outdoor amenities this Airbnb has to offer. Teresa was a great host.

This is a great studio. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s past 4 years of coming to New Haven for daughters college years but never in such a good location This is walkable to everything Yale and downtown Soooo many good restaurants plus the museums etc Very Comfy bed lots of towels Shower water takes a minute to get hot but there’s lots of it when it dies plus there’s dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash. even iron and board plus umbrellas! Everything u could need has been thought of! Will definitely book again. Hosts very responsive. Some reviews mentioned the elevator …worked fine for us! FYI very clean well managed laundromat next door Thank you

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Ildiko was very friendly and proactive. Her place was very clean and in a great location just a few minutes away from downtown Southhampton. She had plenty of linens and towels. The best part were the toys she had which my kids couldn't get enough of! Thank you Ildiko!

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and pleasantly decorated! Our family felt completely at home. We had everything we needed for our three-day stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of amenities and even a great selection of games that our family enjoyed playing. We were close to a couple of beautiful beaches and a wonderful cozy local coffee shop. Miguel and Kaitlyn are great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again!

I was there for a conference. From the house, the campus is easily reacheable (also by foot). Gaby and her husband were extremely kind, available and flexible during the whole stay. All the while being very respectful of the intimacy provided by the (bigger than expected!) studio. Thank you again!

Roberta's beautiful home was the perfect place for our group of 4 to stay for our girls' weekend. The house was spotless and just as represented in the pictures. The beds were so comfy, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the house that added to our enjoyment during our stay. The house was in a perfect location on a quiet, safe street and we truly loved everything about it.

Wonderful, very responsive hosts. Loved staying in the house. House is beautiful decorated & spotless & super clean. Plenty of towels snd blankets. Kitchen is amazing and we had enough coffee pods for the entire stay. The bottle of wine was a great touch. Will definitely stay there again when we visit our uncle in Westport. My wife and I booked a weekend trip here to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We usually go to a beach house but early may isnt exactly beach weather. We were so lucky to stumble upon this listing! Heated pool, hot tub, a 9 hole mini golfcourse right in the backyard! Outside TVs! Phenominal lights hanging. It was perfect. And Duane and Eva have it loaded with any game you could think of. Pool table inside, old school Nba jam, ping pong, a closet full of board/ card games, you can even play deal or no deal on Alexa! The entire home is a smart home which was beyond cool. Music in the shower, smart toilet that opens when you walk in the room (and a heated seat). Duane and Eva were phenominal comminicating, always a very fast response time. Some great restaurants near by- we enjoyed coffee and breakfast sanwiches from bagel toasterie and a great dinner at insignia sushi & steakhouse. Great spot for an anniversary dinner. Definitely will return again soon, awesome place, awesome hosts. Thanks
