Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Denne koselige lille tømmerhytta Granly har alle fasiliteter og ligger usjenert til i landlige omgivelser på Sunnmøre. Dere kan sitte i den overbygde jacuzzien året rundt og nyte den vakre fjellutsikten. Herfra kan dere utforske kjente steder som Geiranger og Olden(ca2t), Loen m/Skylift(1,5 t), fugleøya Runde, Øye(1t) og Jugendbyen Ålesund(1,5t). Fjellturer til fots og på ski til Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen og Melshornet(du kan gå fra hytta). Nær flere alpin og langrennsløyper.

Our home is the perfect place to make your dream come true!

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The apartment is sparkling clean. New kitchen, fully equipped including induction cooktop, fridge+freezer, and dishwasher. Nice living room with TV and fast wifi. Fresh bathroom. Large laundry room available on request. Very quiet and peaceful place with a fabulous view of the mountain, waterfall, and the North Sea.

The property includes a small private waterside area reached by steps leading down from the garden.

Med to soverom og ett bad er den ideell for familier, par eller en liten gruppe venner som søker en koselig plass å bo. Hjemme mitt ligger i et rolig nabolag, og ønsker at våre gjester skal bidra til å opprettholde denne atmosfæren. Derfor ber vi om at gjestene er rolige og respekterer våre naboer ved ikke å lage støy eller uro :) Røyking ikke tillatt.

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Idyllic fjord apartment near Ålesund

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld.
