The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Bjælkehytten med udsigt over eng (45 min til KBH)

Velkommen til denne idylliske bjælkehytte, med en fantastisk udsigt. Indenfor kan du nyde varmen fra brændeovnen. Badeværelset er nyistandsat og har et stort badekar. Udenfor kan du nyde den flotte udsigt eller sidde ved bålpladsen og nyde naturen. Der er mange gode vandrestier i området. Sommerhuset har 3 kajakker du kan låne, hvis du vil nyde fjorden fra vandet. Fjorden "tempelkrogen" er kendt for sit gode fiskevand. Sommerhuset ligger 45 min. fra KBH.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Boligen ligger i Ørestad ud til Byparken tæt på Metro, Bellacenter, Fields og den nye Super Arena. Boligen ligger i et internationalt område, tæt på transport - ca. 10-15 min. til rådhuspladsen med metro, ca. 10-15 min. i bil/taxa til/fra lufthavnen, og togstation ca. 10-15 min. gåafstand med tog til Hovedbanegården, Lufthavnen og/eller Sverige. Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.

The house was designed by Danish architects Friis & Moltke and build in 1970. The house is ideal for a family of two adults and two children with two in the master bedroom and two in the bunkbed room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwashing machine.
