Located in Hietzing, one of Vienna’s most sought-after districts, the flat is a 3-minute walk from shops and restaurants, including Viennese institutions Plachutta and Dommayer. It is in walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace and Schönbrunn zoo. The U4 line takes you to the centre of Vienna in 12 minutes. The flat is newly renovated, with a large double bed in one bedroom and twin beds in another, a fully equipped cooking and dining area, 2 TVs, wifi, bluetooth speaker, washing machine and dryer.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
