Where do I start….we throughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! I wish it was my own home as it was gorgeous, with beautiful decoration and just felt instantly relaxing. Milk, biscuits and drinks were a lovely touch. My little boy played every game possible and they were proper old school classics so we all loved joining in, my little boys didn’t ask to watch tv once. We loved it! This house was more than a house it was a home to enjoy your break or holiday in. And that was the stand out difference with this property. It felt homely and clean with all your needs catered for plus it introduce us to St. Annes by the Sea with its beaches and facilities without losing its quaint seaside feel. This house had wonderful views of the park to the rear and easy access to shops, restaurants and golden sands. We are not a great family for returning to the same places, but on the way home the question was asked if we would go back and we all said "yes"

Amazing house for a big family gathering. Beds comfy. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. hot tub is really good. Garden is massive. You can easily walk to the town centre which has lots of nice shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay that was so peaceful but also allowed us to enjoy time with our daughter, her partner and our grandson. Beautiful surroundings that felt like being in the countryside without being isolated. The space in the chalet was plenty for the four-plus-one of us, airy and expansive. It was easy to keep a fifteen month old boy, who is just getting mobile, safe and entertained. We were blessed with the Spring weather but even if it had been poor I think we'd have not felt claustrophobic and there was a cupboard with some board games to entertain. We would recommend Kay's for a countryside break away and with half hour access to nearby towns (Kelsall village is walkable), Chester Zoo and North Wales on the doorstep there was plenty to visit. Loved it!

A great place for a large family. The kids were kept busy with the pool table and ping pong. Everyone slept well and with 3 toilets available, no one was left waiting. Great location for the pleasure beach and other attractions, with tram stops very close by.

So chuffed we found this place! As a group of 7 girls we had plenty of room, great location for nearby walks and easy access to eat/drink out. The novelty of the animals around the house was really fun and the house itself was lovely. Very comfy, had everything we needed and the luxury of the hot tub was an added plus. Julia was really great with all the information prior to arrival and the gentleman who look after the animals were super friendly. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.
