Bunkhouse: 1 bed & fold mattress (2 add’l). Marina is 3 miles away, trails less than a mile. This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle. Easy access to activities, a peaceful night’s rest, a book by the pellet stove or create new memories around the fire pit, enjoying s’mores with friends and family!

Sitting at the base of iconic Round Top Mountain and within walking distance to downtown Lake City is this comfortable studio apartment. The space is attached to the host's year-round home, but has its own private entrance and parking. Enjoy a fire on the attached private porch, or head across the street for a local favorite hike. After a day of exploring, relax in the queen bed and cook in the stocked kitchenette. We’re happy to host you and share tips to help you enjoy beautiful Lake City!

Proximal to Vallecito Lake, it is a perfect place for a back to nature vacation where you can relax on a covered deck, paddle a canoe, fish on your own glassy pond, encounter a variety of wildlife, gaze into an endless starry night, and enjoy the crystal clear water and cool fresh air of Colorado Mountain Living.

Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Pets are considered on an individual case basis but fee and deposit required Please note I didn’t use professional photographer— so the place actually looks much much better in person!!! Also please note if you are booking for a 2 week stay or longer we require you hire a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean. This is only for longer stay bookings. Thank you

This cabin has a private wall that divides it from the cabin next door. Fully contained and private access. Our own little Oasis in the center of beautiful and remote Lake City. You can walk to many restaurants and shops in just a few minutes. Charcoal grills and picnic tables throughout the property for you to enjoy an outside picnic. This small cabin is quaint and comfortable with all amenities. Occasionally there is live music at the restaurants nearby that ends 9-9:30pm

Vallecito Creek Front Retreat- Dog Friendly

Our home sits right on Vallecito Creek. Enjoy the waterfront while you relax. Three bedrooms, two baths with a large kitchen and open dining room makes for great family time . Cozy up by the fire in the winter or sit on the deck and watch the water go by in the summer. Large fenced dog yard for the pups. Dedicated work area so you can keep up with the office if needed. Vallecito is where you want to be. Perfect retreat! Only a half mile from the trailhead.

Hiking trails on the property with wildlife sightings of turkey, deer, fox, and others. Walking distance to Rocky Mountain General store.

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
