Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.
