Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

Rizwan’s place was great place to stay at for our little family. Had all necessary equipments, close to the city centre, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

A fantastic modern apartment just off Deansgate so an ideal spot if you like shopping and sampling amazing restaurants and bars. The apartment was beautiful with the added bonus of a little rooftop garden. Kitchen was fantastic and both bedrooms were luxurious with en-suite bathrooms. I will stay here when I’m next visiting but in the meantime I would highly recommend.

The accommodation was lovely. Clean, modern and very comfortable. Lovely fixtures and fittings, comfy bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. Great location, only a short walk into town.

well what can I say! we will definitely be back! this had everything you needed not just the hot tub, pool table and the wonderful balcony area but we were surprised to walk in to snacks, drinks stocked and an abundance of house hold items! everything was spotlessly clean with clear instructions on all appliances! we also walked in to see they had decorated for our anniversary (we were celebrating 11 years and a 1 year countdown to our wedding) this place will hold alot of wonderful memories and can't wait to come back one day! Lisa and Wass your place and yourselves are amazing!

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

Loved our stay, and would definitely come back again. We’d booked for the night so we could get to the Crucible for the snooker. The flat is easy to find, with parking, and only 30 minute walk to The Crucible, so perfect for what we needed. The location is also great, with lots of bars and restaurants just a short walk away, and a Tesco and an M&S a few minutes walk. The flat itself, is really well done out, very clean, and you get everything you’d need for your visit. Arriving for the snooker, we needed to arrive earlier for check-in, but that wasn’t a problem, Jermaine was really responsive to my queries and made the weekend stress free. If I’m lucky enough to get tickets for next year, I’ll definitely be looking to see if this is free for our return trip. Thank you!

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. We had a lovely stay, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The apartment was perfect and it’s ideal for parents with Uni age children staying in Headingley. James Baillie Park is walking distance.

A beautiful place to stay with a homely feel, the apartment was decorated beautifully inside. Such a peaceful place to stay for a getaway break! Would highly recommend! Richard was very welcoming in making sure that everything was good for us during our stay. Will definitely be back soon for another wonderful stay in this lovely area!
