Railway Cottage just 5 minutes walk from Holt.

Retaining bags of character with stripped wooden floors, squashy sofas and large comfortable beds, Railway Cottage is ideal for a family holiday. In the main house, a spacious hall leads to a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Situated down a quiet loke, away from the hustle and bustle of the beautiful market town of Holt is our comfortable and charming cottage. There is an allocated parking space short walk away. *** Please note: The cottage has a very steep and narrow staircase which would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues ***

The Holt House is a beautiful, dog friendly holiday home in North Norfolk. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The stunning house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has it's own parking with additional on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast.

The Stables is a lovely space located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, the Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!
