nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

A superb location, well decorated, cozy, clean, and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends!!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

아이 동반 두가족이 함께 한 여행이라 숙소 고민이 많았는데 넘 편하게 잘 머물고 왔어요 크고 넓고 깨끗하고 공기 좋고~ 넘 좋아서 그냥 쭉 살고 싶었네요 ^^ 3층 구조에 침실도 각각 분리되어 있어서 친구 가족이랑 함께 사용해도 전혀 불편하지 않았어요. 아이들도 즐겁게 잘 놀고 다음에도 꼭 놀러오기로 약속했네요 ^^

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

Perfect little slice of heaven, could have happily stayed and stayed! Fye and her team were extremely helpful on all accounts. Peace and tranquility amid the subtle sounds of the jungle and the Cave Bar for old hippies like me, to enjoy an evening with the locals! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

여기는 매우 아름다운 뷰를 가지고 있다. 침실, 욕실, 주방 등 모든 공간이 깔끔하고 편안했다. 집주인은 항상 친절하고 신속하게 응대를 합니다. 나는 다음번에 올 때에도 여기에 머무르고 싶습니다.

Super schöne Wohnung. Wir waren zu 5 dort. Vivi ist extrem sympathisch und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und uns mit Kokosnuss Wasser verwöhnt. Marina brachte uns auch frisch gepresste Säfte. Einfach super! Der Strand war innerhalb 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Er war super ruhig und einfach zum entspannen. Von dem Stand aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Würde immer wieder her kommen! Vielen Dank

She's the best host ever and what a wonderful apartment

Not a first visit. It was great to stay at this place again. Host is very friendly and caring as usual. We love the location as per everything is very handy. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend for other small families.

We had a great time staying at Soonaik’s place. The apartment was clean when we checked in. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Bunk beds was a hit with the kids. The location of the apartment is very good with supermarkets nearby. Whenever needed, Soonaik was very helpful and quick in responding to our queries. Definitely recommend this place and would visit again!!

Linh and Binh were amazing hosts. The house is new and gives off a luxurious feeling. The high ceilings and the wooden floors and ceiling add a very warm and stylish touch. There's also a small but lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Linh and Binh are very attentive and professional. They helped me rent a motorbike and even shared super useful lists of places to visit via WP. I can also say they are kind and respectful people. The house is located in a developing, quiet, and safe neighborhood. As far as I know, many digital nomads and tourists stay around here. It's not super close to the beach, but I walked there a few times with no problem. Grab rides are quick and convenient anyway. Plus, being in the center of the island means you're equally close to many different spots. I was really happy with both the place and the hosts. Highly recommended!

Die Zeit im La Habana war super! Das Appartement mit zwei Zimmern und der grosszügigen Terasse war perfekt für unsere Familie, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zudem war alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt, mit dem grossen Pool und der grünen Oasen zum entspannen. Der Pool war nie überfüllt und wir hatten diesen auch gerne mal für uns alleine. Die Lage ist super, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Tamarind Market und des Cicada Market, mit sehr leckerem essen👌🏼. Auch gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte für das nötigste, in gehweite. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sam's place is great for family. The location is super convenient. There is a night market close by and a convenient store right out front. The beach is 2-min on a golf cart. The pools are definitely the key attraction and the staffs are helpful and friendly.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Really nice views from this room. Easy entry to the pool. Host is always accommodating.

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

小区游泳你和儿童游乐区非常棒，离海边近，附近购物按摩吃饭都方便 房间非常大且干净，3个卧室住6个人一点不拥挤。唯一的建议是房东回复信息有点慢
