Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Romantisch liegt die kleine Stadt Friedberg auf einer Anhöhe und ist immer einen Besuch wert. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 15 Minuten den Bahnhof (Augsburg-Hochzoll), von wo aus man schnell Augsburg, München oder auch das Allgäu erreicht. Kulturell gibt es viel zu erkunden. Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
