Lejligheden ligger i nærheden af et indkøbscenter og Vallensbæk Station. S-tog linje A kører til København på 20 minutter. Lejligheden har egen indgang, entre, stue, tekøkken, soveværelse, toilet/bad og en hyggelig gårdhave. TV og WiFi. Rengøring, sengelinned, håndklæder og forbrug inklusiv. Ingen husdyr. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Annekset indeholder: 1 lille soveværelse med 1 dobbeltseng og 1 enkeltseng. 1 stue med 1 stor sofa, hvor man kan sove 1-2 personer. 1 lille tekøkken med køleskab, 2 kogeplader og mikroovn. 1 meget lille toilet, hvor der er bruser. Annekset skal sættes i stand, så det fremstår ikke super, men det fungere, og vi synes, det er hyggeligt at være derude. Vores have er “vild med vilje”, men vi har ikke helt fået den “tæmmet” endnu. (så det virker lidt rodet) Vi bor i huset ved siden af.

Cosy apartment on the first floor of our house close to Copenhagen. From the entrance, You have access to a nice bedroom with French Balcony and a double bed (140 cm. x 200 cm.). In addition, You can have two mattresses (70 cm. x 190 cm. each) and a baby bed. Also, enjoy the spacious kitchen-dining-living room. There are only 10 minutes by walk to the train station - then 12 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. You can get to the beach by a 15 minutes walk.

Selvstændig bolig med 2 værelser, toilet/bad og mellemgang. Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud).
