Rented this penthouse for four couples for the five borough bike tour. It was just what we were looking for. We spent most of our time on the porch with a view of Manhattan. It was clean, we could cook, and there is a grocery store one block away. This worked well for us.

I really want to take the time to explain just how great this place was. The place is spacious and the photos are 100% spot on. It was immacculately clean and the best AirBnB experience we have had. Beds were comfortable. We have trevalled from Australia as a family with three teenage boys. We really used every facility. The shuttle to the station for daily trips to Manhattan. The boys used the gym daily as well as the sauna, basketball court, golf simulator etc. Incredible views of NYC from the rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations and directions. The building tenants were friendly and made the Aussies feel very welcome. We did home cooked meals many nights as well as great local restaurants. The kitchen has all you need to feed a family. Zo and Paige were responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out late on the last of our 9 days. It felt like leaving home. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was excellent.

Ira was an excellent host. We appreciated his flexibility in meeting us and showing us around. The apartment is very comfortable and stylish. We'd be happy to stay again.

Great location and stay

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

Pratik se mostró muy cercano desde el principio y definiría su servicio como 100% profesional, envió una guía absolutamente completa de servicios, cercanías, equipamiento etc etc. Abrumadoramente completo. El apartamento cumplió con las expectativas de descripción, comodidad y servicios. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos del alojamiento y sus posibilidades.

un grandissimo ringraziamento a Derby che ci è stato utile e prezioso nel darci consigli, indicazioni ed aiuto quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Consiglio questo appartamento quando si vuole avere un punto di riferimento tranquillo a pochi min da NYC. Raggiungere NY è semplicissimo e si hanno varie soluzioni, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo con app NJ Transit nel controllare l'orario del passaggio dei vari bus alle fermate molto vicine alla casina di Derby. Molto attento nel rendere il soggiorno gradevole ai suoi ospiti ed il riposo notturno in pieno relax dopo giornate di visite in città. Consiglio di visitare anche Union City ed il New Jersey noi siamo stati al Liverty Park ed abbiamo goduto dello splendido skyline visibile in vari punti della Città. Abbiamo soggiornato con una bimba di 8 anni di età e Derby ha avuto mille attenzioni per tutti. un abbraccio Derby spero di risentirci presto. big big kisses i due Alex e la piccola M.Francisca

Great Airbnb. Would definitely recommend!

It’s a superb place to stay if you’re going back and forth to MetLife Stadium. The patio was great to enjoy and the neighbors seemed pleasant. Just make sure you ask him which parking spot to use. It’s not a Beverly Hills, CA mansion, but it’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay for a concert or Football game weekend.

A group of six friends got together for a 30 year college reunion meet up. The space was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and had more than everything we needed to cook and chill out and have a wonderful time together catching up and relaxing. It’s a gorgeous house and the yard backing up onto the woods is so peaceful. Lee was wonderfully responsive, helpful, and friendly, and a perfect host!

Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Me and my team loved David’s place. He was a great host super responsive, and the house was everything we needed. Will definitely stay next time if available.

Shante’s place is a great place to stay! Parking available, outdoor space, spacious inside, equipped kitchen, clean, and much more! Shante timely responded to my questions and comments. There is much to do within minutes drive from the home, and a trip to Manhattan a train ride away.

Diony was an amazing host and extremely responsive and accommodating . Home is absolutely gorgeous! And convenient location. We booked last minute, and check in process was very simple n easy. Highly recommend for any type of stays!

Eyi communicated from the time of booking with quick response times. I appreciated that very much. The home is spacious and nicely decorated. It's very clean and comfortable. Easy commute into NYC using NJ Transit (Note: Ten-minute drive to South Orange station - GPS navigation to Sloan Street). We were also able to use her EV charger at a minimal cost. Highly recommend!

Het was heel fijn om bij Josefina te verblijven. Ze is een supervriendelijke en warme vrouw. We voelden ons meteen thuis, terwijl we tegelijkertijd alle vrijheid hadden om ons eigen ding te doen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in een zeer comfortabel bed en hadden geen last van lawaai of licht. Ondanks de nabijheid van de drukke straat Broadway ligt het appartement zelf in een rustige straat. Op nog geen 10 minuten wandelen zijn er twee metrostations, die je snel en vlot naar het centrum van New York brengen. Het is echt een superplek om te verblijven: buiten de drukte van het stadscentrum, en toch vlakbij.

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

Anabel was a great host. I loved staying in West New York for the first time and exploring Bergenline. The flat is well supplied with everything you would need in a house and it has beautiful views of the New York skyline. It is about a 30-45min bus drive on the 159 to NJ transit hub right next to Tine Square. Anabel was a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Anabel. I would most definitely recommend this Airbnb and I hope to be back again soon (possibly for the FIFA World Cup ;-D )

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze.
