Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

The Beach Sunrise Studio is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a simple, self-contained retreat, and has panoramic views of the amazing sunrise and the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Clean and fully furnished one bedroom apartments are located across from 3 popular dive centers, and walking distance to bars, restaurants, beaches and swimming. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
