Okružen zelenilom, vinogradima i maslinicima, bez prometa i s mnoštvom biciklističkih i pješačkih staza. Idealna lokacija za miran odmor s obitelji u sigurnom okruženju, a posebno za ljubitelje prirode i aktivnosti u prirodi. U dvorištu je osiguran besplatan parking u hladu, dok je u sklopu dvorišta i kućica za roštilj. Centar Šibenika udaljen je 15 km, a glavni ulaz u NP Krka manje od 3 km.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom i ugodnom smještaju. 200 g. stara kuća, obnovljena u tradicionalnom stilu upotpunjena s modernom opremom. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

The vacation house is located on the small island of Kaprije, near the town of Šibenik. The house is a small oasis of peace. It is equipped with everything: air conditioning, internet, coffee machine, juicer... We offer free parking (in Šibenik). In the yard there is a summer kitchen and barbecue, which allow a pleasant stay in the fresh air. It is 20 m away from the sea. In Kaprije you can find everything you need: infirmary, post office, an ATM, a store and several restaurants.

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.
