The Garden House in Kingsholm, Gloucester

The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Easy bus route to Cheltenham.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. The Loft is a comfortable and relaxing space with a private hot tub and balcony, both boasting spectacular views of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Walks across rolling hills can be taken directly from the door or within a short drive you can visit Bowood Estate, the tranquil village of Lacock, or the towns of Marlborough, Devizes and Calne. Nearby are Stonehenge and Avebury, with easy access to the beautiful city of Bath, and transport links at Chippenham rail station and M4J17.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
