Når man åbner døren fra anneks bliver man modtaget af den skønneste aflukket blomstrende gårdhave med flere forskellige sol kroge. Leje at ekstra værelse ved mere end 2 personer er muligt

lovely apartment located by the beautiful lakes, in Copenhagen. Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

Annekset på 50 m2 i grundplan indeholder 2 hemse med dobbeltmadrasser, stue med sovesofa, køkken og badeværelse. Adgang til hemse via trappestige. Ideelt til 4 personer, men der er 6 sovepladser. The apartment has a creative multi level design with four nice rooms with big windows - one of which is bedroom. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Doorway from kitchen to the communal garden. There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset ligger nærmest direkte til vandet, på blind vej uden stejle skrænter. Bedre beliggenhed er svær at finde. Sommerhuset blev bygget for 15 år siden, og har 3 dejlige soveværelser med udsigt til havet, en skønt køkken-alrum, også med udsigt til havet. Et stort badeværelse, et ekstra toilet, og en udendørs bruser. Huset rummer desuden et bryggers og en rummelig gårdhave, hvor man kan sidde i læ de dage hvor det blæser.
