The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Im Dezember bis Ende Februar liegt das Hausboot, wie auf dem ersten beiden Bildern zu sehen ist im Hafenbecken. Einzigartige Unterkunft an der Mosel. Das Hausboot liegt am Außenkai, mit einem direkten Blick aufs Wasser. Von der Sonne verwöhnt den ganzen Tag. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnküche und Terrasse. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine weitere Sonnenterrasse.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
