So können Naturliebhaber, Sportbegeisterte oder Familien ungestörten Erholungsurlaub machen und sind vollkommen unter sich. Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Die Almresi Hütte ist der ideale Ort um die Berge zu genießen. Ob beim Skifahren im Winter oder beim Wandern im Sommer. Die Skipiste ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und man kann direkt von der Hütte Wanderungen starten. Die Almresi Hütte lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden vorm Karmin ein sowie zu schönen Sonnenstunden in den Hängematten. Im Sommer gibt es außerdem die Sommerrodelbahn in direkter Nähe. ACHTUNG für Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann eine extra Gebühr anfallen!!

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
