Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.

Parking spaces are available in the nearby parking garages that are located 10 minutes away from the apartment (e.g. PH Kongresni Trg, PH Kapitelj and PH Komenskega). It is also possible to park in the street with a parking metre by paying for a parking lot for a limited amount of time (e.g. Ulica pod gradom).

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.
