Great location and comfortable home. The house is well equipped. Being used to a kingsize bed at home the somewhat smaller size bed took a couple nights to get used to, but no show-stoppers there. Thanks to the nice Canary weather we could always have breakfast on the terrace. While it doesn’t have much of a view, it’s spatious, comfortable and completely windfree. We never used the kitchen table. Not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility you need to be aware that there are a few stairs to get from street level into the house itself. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the beach. Unfortunately the back entrance if the compound closest to the house was not open, but the other back entrance wasn’t much further.

Stayed here for 15 days and it was amazing. Its in the perfect location, many restuarants and bars and supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk from the bungalow. Fanabe beach was about a 5 minute walk which has a very large strip. Taxi rank just around the corner from the bungalow. The bungalow itself was spotless clean, had extra towels, pillows, bedsheets etc. Will definitely be back again, stunning place to stay on your holiday and great value for money.

Lovely villa to stay in and have already recommended to friends also with a young family. The villa is located approx 5-10 minutes from the beach and within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. We hired a car so we could sightsee, however you would not need a car to stay here as everything is within walking distance. Parking was tricky at times as no allocated parking space, however this did not put us off as there is a layby just up from the property which we used for dropping off/picking up etc. The property itself was spacious and the perfect size for our family of 5. Air conditioning made it extra comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for dining in when we chose to. The hot tub was a fun addition and not too hot so the kids could also enjoy. The communal swimming pool was a perfect size and just at the back of the villa. You can take a foldable bed down for your own use as the other residents do. A very pleasant stay and would happily stay again.

Such a nice little casita right on a clean, safe, accessible beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Also a more quiet spot in an otherwise ‘big hotel’ area. We hope to come again.

The property is in a great location with close access to the beach and many restaurants and bars. We felt at home in no time and particularly enjoyed the quiet evenings on the top balcony watching the sun go down. Kostyan was an extremely helpful host with any requests we had. We will be looking to book again in the future and will have no hesitation in revisiting this apartment.

What an excellent treasure! Very central but in a locked complex which was quiet and safe. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The pool was a fantastic size and the outside space in the villa allowed for private family time with the option of both sun or shade! The host was very responsive and helpful! The villa was clean and well laid out- perfect for a family or a couple! The location was perfect! Walking distance to los americas, los christisnos, Siam park and mall and el douque! Loads to do or not! Once in the complex you feel like you are in your own private oasis! Really quiet and well maintained! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back again! 😊

We had an amazing stay in Viktor's apartment, it was beautiful, clean and just like in the pictures. Complementary shampoos in the bathrooms and fruit in the bowl which was great. Checking in and out was very easy to do, and Viktor was good at communication and sent clear instructions on how to check in, how to get to the apartment and where to find bins etc. Very short walk down to the beach where there were lots of restaurants to choose from as well. Overall a great stay

Bungalow is excellent, beautifully clean and very nicely furnished both inside and outside. Every thing worked and I could highly recommend a stay here to anyone. You need to be fit to access the bungalow because their is a large number of steps on either of the approaches to the bungalow but we are both 60+ yo and managed it no problem. The pool area is very nice, quiet, clean and easy to access. Could do with some cushions for the sun beds as they get a little uncomfortable if you are on them for a long time. The bungalow garden is great and gets good sunshine all afternoon until sundown, nicely set out with good accessories. Jane and her husband are very friendly and kept in touch and as well as meeting us to allow us in they arranged our return to airport for which we were very grateful. Glad to reccommend the bungalow and imagine we will return in the near future.

Appartement très agréable, ouvert sur l’extérieur avec ses baies vitrées. La terrasse est super sympa, exposé sud, avec canapé, transat et jacuzzi! Pas de vis-à-vis! Au top! La cuisine est très bien équipée et moderne! La douche très grande! Beaucoup de rangements! Un dressing dans la chambre! Un grand lit! Et tout était très propre! Quartier résidentiel à 15 min à pied de la plage. Places de parking gratuites dans la rue devant le logement. Asten a été flexible au niveau de l’arrivée, nous avons pu rentrer dans le logement avant l’heure prévue car il n’y avait pas de réservation avant nous. Nous recommandons ce logement!

The house is perfect. Exactly as described. Plenty utensils etc. in kitchen. It was clean and well equipped. We used the washing machine to wash towels and clothes during our stay. The beds were comfy. Loved the balcony and patio area. The views are amazing. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away. If you struggle with mobility then this location possibly isn't for you as there are stairs to access the property. We stayed in April and it was cool enough indoors with the windows and doors open, not sure if the same could be said in July or August, however there are 2 fans for guests to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tenerife.

we had the best time away, nice and peaceful had everything we needed restaurants, nice walks, beach and supermarket, would definitely come back. lovely little house, just perfect.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Mayre. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien: broodrooster, waterkoker, werkende oven en werkende magnetron. In de bestek-lade ligt ook alles wat je nodig hebt: scherpe messen, bbq-tools, enzovoorts. Er zijn zelfs snijplanken. Er zijn kussens aanwezig voor de tuinstoelen. Zelfs tafelkleden. Het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Veel groter dan we hadden verwacht. Goed diep (oudste kinderen kunnen er wel staan). En schoon. Een deel van tuinmeubilair is wel toe aan vervanging, maar voldoet nog steeds voldoende. De bbq is superfijn. Qua ligging is het huis ook heel fijn. In rustig dorp. Op loopafstand supermarkt voor brood. Nog geen 10 min met auto hele grote supermarkten. Op loopafstand van strand. Auto kun je goed parkeren in straat dichtbij (huis zelf ligt in hofje wat voetgangersgebied is). We hebben het heerlijk gehad in dit huis met onze 3 kinderen. ook leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar oa Teide.

Ce séjour en famille a été très agréable. L’appartement était bien situé, à proximité des plages et de l’animation commerçante de Playa de las Américas sans être trop bruyant. Les équipements ( piscine, salon extérieur) offrent un vrai plus. La possibilité de déjeuner sur place avec une cuisine séparée est avantage pour les séjours en famille Je recommande

Wonderful holiday. The bungalow smells of wood, has its own clean, fragrant atmosphere. It is very warm, pleasant, inside decorated with butterflies like a fairy house. Beautiful view, peace and quiet, what more do you need ... you can immerse yourself in the jacuzzi, have a barbecue. As for me, heaven on earth. Very nice and helpful hosts Miguel and Sophia. I hope we will come back soon. I highly recommend it to everyone.
