A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

Great experience! The space was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-located. The staff gave us a warm welcome, hosts granted my request quickly. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Baguio.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is very accessible, with jeepneys and tricycles readily available. Kuya was incredibly accommodating, always checking in to see if we needed any help. The house was spotless, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

It feels like home. its very near the beach and has nice access to the beach and restaurants. it has parking too. furnitures in the house were like new too. we just hope that it has TV. 😁 but everything else is great! we'll surely go back and stay here again.

Our furbaby was happy and our Senior Mother was as well. Area is perfect for those looking for a more quiet and private place (it’s inside a gated village), while still being near Baguio’s attractions and park. WiFi was good. We extended our stay! 🙂 This was such a cozy home, and our stay was made homier by our gracious hosts, Sir Nico, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Sharon. Big thank you to sir Nico who gave us so much advice on where to go and what to do (+great conversations!).

This place is awesome! Value for money indeed. Complete with everything we need. And even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked for a work desk and chair they immediately provided it. Our pets also had a good time because they have spacious garden areas where they could run around. Temperature is chilly, which we love. So close to Mirador Eco Park (walking distance) and downtown (short drive). They are generous with their supplies (toilet paper and kitchen, dishwashing, sponge, etc). They also provide free mineral water and has a hot and cold dispenser. The owner and staff were very courteous and reliable. Quick to answer our questions and address our requests. They also have laundry services, netflix, gaming console and the parking is spacious. We will definitely come back!

It was a wonderful experience! The vibe was homey and comfortable. The office table was perfect for me and served us well during work and pleasure.

Casa El Chico was awesome for our group stay. Plenty of space, super clean, and every room had A/C, which was a huge plus with this summer heat. Neil was a great host—really easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would totally come back!

Christine was my actual host. She did an incredible job taking care of my needs. If you truly want a spot for 2 to 6 people, this is a great hidden jewel. You will have to get used to the busing system to San Fernando, Caba, San Juan etc... to see other local sites, but if you want to just hang in a comfortable spot for a couple of nights, this place is special.

Must book when in La Union! The place looks exactly on the photos and is very IG worthy. It had all the amenities we needed especially the kitchen with all the cooking essentials. The ice maker is the very useful! Very thoughtful features for the pets and for kids too! We loved the heated pool. The location is very strategic, with a walkable beach access, but away from the crowd.

Choosing Casa Dreaming was one of the best decisions we made in planning our LU outing. It fit all of us cousins in one house and provided us easy access to a clean beach. Everything was superb from comfortable rooms with CR each to balconies with perfect views, to big common areas for chilling. Honestly, most corners of the house are very picturesque so even without a scheduled activity, anyone could just go around and take photos for fun. Having a nice place to stay is not the only reason why Casa Dreaming is so nice. The owners themselves (Jek and Steffi) are the very reason you should choose this Airbnb. They are very accommodating and patient to all our requests/questions. Other than the owners, the Airbnb staff (Bim) was also very kind to us. Great service was provided to us by Bim even outside Casa Dreaming and when we accidentally left items in the house, he made sure to give it back to us. Will definitely recommend this place especially for big groups! You’ll enjoy for sure!

It was the perfect choice for a relaxing staycation. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The ambiance was peaceful, and the amenities provided made the stay very convenient and comfortable. The location was easy access to poro point (for our hydro trip) and san juan. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape their daily routine and recharge. We really enjoyed our stay here- there were 8 of us and the space was really clean, comfortable and well designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat as a family. The WiFi was fast and they had a Smart TV. There was a fire pit and bbq grill outside. The views from the balconies were spectacularly. The house is in a great location. The hosts are also very friendly and accomodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. From a fussy foreigner, this place exceeded my expectations. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your family, you won’t regret it talaga. Everything was great. Thank you po!!

The unit was clean and the bed was comfy. Basic toiletries were there as well as cotton balls and cotton buds. There was no foul smell, and price paid for the stay was worth it! Francis was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. I would like to stay at this unit when I travel to Baguio again, and I would also recommend this to my friends and family who have plans to visit Baguio.

It was our 3rd time that we stayed in Green Valley but our first time at Ms. Shery/Sir Romano’s place. The unit is very cozy and complete. Plus it was perfect because my nephew enjoyed the playground in front of the unit. The parking space is spacious. The environment is clean and peaceful. Highly recommended place to stay in Baguio, especially if you have your own private vehicle/s.

The place is very near to Strawberry farm. It is also clean, very spacious and homey. A little challenging because it's on the 3rd floor. The host is very responsive and considerate. We will definitely go back here.

Jennifer’s place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Baguio City proper. It is much colder than the city proper. Host is warm and accommodating. The rental rate is very affordable. It is easily accessible by taxis and Grab cars. We definitely enjoyed our stay at her place. Highly recommended.

Friendly neighborhood and the host was responsive. Slightly hard to park when fully booked. Slow internet connection but sufficed. Strong odor of moth balls causing slight allergies, but no insects or pests sighted. Overall, the stay was great.

Our stay was at Carol’s place was good. The price was commensurate to the experience. The place was as described in the listing. The place was a short walk to the beach (a quiet part of Bacnotan), while the room itself had a nice view of the ocean. Carol was a very responsive and helpful host which we very much appreciated. Overall, I would visit again. Pros: - great host - place was exactly as described and shown on the listing - location was great, near the beach and away from the busy part of Urbiztondo - refrigerator and water kettle in the room - great view from the room - towels - common kitchen with needed utensils and water was available Could be improved: - AC in the room had a hard time keeping up with the heat outside (had to use AC and fan together to keep the room semi-cool during the daytime) - prior guests might have left the shower drain filled with sand which left it clogged, but Carol attended to it first thing in the morn
