PLUS a detached garage with a brand new BATHROOM that has a shower, washer & dryer and a 600 sq ft game room. It’s a 90 year home, so the bathroom & kitchen are small. There is NO dishwasher. Just a few minutes to Zion, hiking/biking trails & golf courses. Come enjoy the Southern Utah beauty with sunny days & gorgeous starry nights.

This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.
